Accounts are for adults only. The app captures memories about children. Children do not create accounts or use the service directly.

You are responsible for all activity on your account. Contact us immediately at hello@keeps.family if you believe your account has been compromised.

Invited family members can see and interact with all keeps in your family space. Only invite people you trust. A family member can deliberately create an unlisted link to share a set outside that space. Anyone with the link can view the set until it is made private again. You can remove family members at any time from Settings.

Everything you capture, including photos, videos, audio and text, belongs to you. We make no claim to ownership of it.

To provide the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and display what you keep solely for operating keeps.family. This ends when the relevant keep is deleted or the family account is closed.

Your keeps are never used to train AI models. AI features process them only to provide keeps features such as transcription, tagging, search and what keeps puts together.

You must not upload content that you don't have the right to share, is illegal or harmful, or violates any third party's privacy or intellectual property rights.

We aim to keep keeps.family running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may change or discontinue any part of the service. If we plan significant changes or discontinuation, we will give you reasonable notice by email so you can export your data first.

You can export all your keeps as a ZIP file at any time from Settings → Export. We encourage you to do this regularly.

Each family receives one 30-day free trial. No payment method is required and the trial does not convert automatically into a paid subscription.

After the trial, the family owner can choose a monthly or yearly subscription. One subscription covers the whole family. The price and billing period shown at purchase are the terms that apply to you; prices may vary by country, currency, platform, and applicable tax.

Subscriptions bought in the iOS app are processed by Apple and managed through your Apple Account. Subscriptions bought on the web are processed by Stripe and managed through keeps.family. We honour an active family subscription across both the iOS app and the web.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date shown by Apple or Stripe. You can cancel through the same provider you used to subscribe. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial-period refunds except where required by law or the payment provider's rules.

If the trial or paid access ends, you cannot add new keeps. You can continue to view and export everything already saved. We retain it until the family owner deletes it or closes the family account, subject to the changes and discontinuation terms above.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. If the family owner deletes their account, the family archive, keeps, media, children, family records and owner account are permanently deleted. If an invited family member deletes their account, their membership and account are deleted while the shared family archive remains. Account deletion cannot be undone.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. We will give notice where possible.
